The Start

In 2016, a group of 225 families came together and committed to give financially for two years, over and above their regular giving, to help secure Lifepointe’s first ever, permanent location. In 2018, that dream became a reality as Lifepointe Church purchased 11.8 acres of land and built phase one of our building. Little did we know that this was just the beginning of a MOVE of God! Within 18 months of being in our new facility, the church grew from 600 people to more than 1,000. In a two year period (2018-2019) we saw 194 Salvations, 174 Baptisms, and 2,886 First Time Guests! As a result, in 2020, we expanded our building into phase two, allowing us to add additional DiscoveryPointe Kids space, auditorium seating, parking spaces, lobby space, and start Lifepointe Preschool.

The Progress

Since 2020,
over the past 3 years we have grown by 92% (1,800 weekly average) resulting in 220 Salvations and 113 Baptisms! We are averaging 415 Kids and Students per weekend, and we’ve added 255 Owners of the vision, which has played a huge role in our church giving away over $600,000 to our Local and Global Impact Partners. Our goal is to grow the Kingdom of God, not just Lifepointe Church.

This is why we recently started the Tri-County Church Planting Network, an interdenominational effort by five local churches, including Lifepointe, with the goal of planting even more Gospel-centered churches in the surrounding counties of North and South Carolina.

With completion of phase two, moving to three services every Sunday, and the church planting network, the Lord continues to bless our church with growth. It is our responsibility to steward the growth that God provides.

This is why it’s time to FINISH what we STARTED!

The Vision

Our 11.8 acre property was always designed to structurally support three phases. By God’s grace and your partnership, we feel that it’s time to finish what we started. This September, we will start a spiritual journey of generosity and faith through our Kingdom Builders campaign. Completing this final building expansion will require the participation of every family, and individual, at Lifepointe. Kingdom Builders is all about building future ministry for great impact. On Sunday, November 12, 2023, we will come together as a church and make a two year financial commitment, over and above our regular giving, for the purpose of building phase three and finishing what we started!

The Invitation

In October, we will have 3 opportunities for you to join us for a Kingdom Builders Vision Night! Each Vision Night will take place on-campus, and here's what you can expect: we will worship together, Pastor Nate and other staff members will share important details about the campaign, and then you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the Phase Three construction plans, including a virtual "fly through" video of what the new spaces will look like! Plus, every person who attends will get a free Kingdom Builders hoodie!
